These terms of service govern the use of the Veridgex website and services, a sole proprietorship operated by Massimo Rodi. By using the site, you accept these terms in their entirety.
Veridgex offers digital consulting services, digital presence audits, commercial ecosystem development, and automation services for Swiss and Italian artisans and SMBs. Services are invoiced through Xolo Go OÜ (Estonian EU entity).
The free digital audit is an indicative analysis of the client's digital presence. Results do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes and are based on information available at the time of analysis.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of information provided for service delivery. Veridgex is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Paid services are governed by separate contracts. The free audit carries no purchase obligation. Invoices are issued by Xolo Go OÜ (Reg. no. 14717109, VAT ID EE102156920) and are EU-compliant.
Veridgex provides digital consulting services, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Information and advice provided are based on the professional experience of Massimo Rodi but do not constitute a guarantee of results. Veridgex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
All site content (texts, images, logos, design, source code) is owned by Veridgex / Massimo Rodi and protected by copyright. Reproduction without explicit authorization is prohibited.
The user agrees not to use the site for: (a) illegal or fraudulent activities; (b) sending defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; (c) attempting unauthorized access, mass scraping, or system overload; (d) automated data collection without authorization; (e) infringing third-party intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access.
The site may contain links to third-party websites (including links to provider privacy policies in the third-party services section). Veridgex has no control over the content or practices of such sites and disclaims all responsibility for their privacy policies or any damages arising from their use. Users are advised to consult the privacy policies of third-party sites.
Veridgex reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of a breach of these terms by the client.
The user indemnifies and holds harmless Veridgex and Massimo Rodi from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from the user's breach of these terms or improper use of the site.
Veridgex is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, network outages, third-party provider failures, acts of public authority, or other events beyond Veridgex's reasonable control.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Massimo Rodi's domicile in Italy. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, users may access the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). For cross-border EU disputes, ADR bodies listed on the Italian Competition Authority website (www.agcm.it) may be consulted.
Veridgex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on this page. For users actively using paid services, material changes will be notified via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
